2015 Mustang Coming Soon to Monaco Ford

We’ve all been anxiously waiting for the 2015 Mustang to arrive and pretty soon, you’ll be able to get it for yourself.

We can’t wait and we know you’ll be excited to see it!

The all-new Mustang has roared onto the scene with three powerful engines – the 5.0L V8, which boasts increased power over the previous V8, the 3.7L, which delivers an ideal balance of power and efficiency, and the all-new 2.3L EcoBoost, a marvel of an engine that produces 310 horsepower and 320 lb.-ft. of torque.

Also new is the technology to help manage and enhance all this power, including upgrades to the available SelectShift automatic transmission and available new Selectable Drive Modes.

An impressive array of advanced technology features enhance the all-new Mustang driving experience. Intelligent Access with push-button start and available SYNC with MyFord Touch help make things easier and keep you connected. Available adaptive cruise control with rain-sensing wipers and BLIS (Blind Spot Information System) with cross-traffic alert help improve comfort and confidence behind the wheel. Throughout the 2015 Mustang, you’ll find technology helping to define what this iconic car has become.

The all-new Mustang honors what Mustang has always been and always will be, while boldly charging into new aesthetic territory, confidently staking its place in the long line of storied Ford legends.

It begins with the brand-new, vintage-style fastback. Even with the lowered decklid, the cargo volume and opening have been retained – even improved in some measures, thanks to the all-new independent rear suspension. The cockpit is equipped with classic gauges alongside state-of-the-art technology. And the interior features a number of new driver and passenger comfort and convenience enhancements.

With the new, smaller-diameter steering wheel, you’ll be taking control of the all-new front and rear suspensions. The Selectable-Effort Electric Power-Assist Steering (EPAS), allows you to choose from three power-assisted steering settings: comfort, sport, and standard. Even the brakes are new on every single model.

Meet Cora, an 8-Year-Old English Bulldog Mix

Our pets are part of our family.

We can't imagine our lives without them.

Are you ready to add a four-legged member to your family?

This month, we at Monaco Ford are sponsoring Cora, an 8-year-old, spayed, English bulldog mix.

If you’ve never had a dog before, she may be a good choice for you. She has great manners and is very well-trained.

She is very sweet – and look at that smile! Who could resist?

Cora loves kids of any age so if you have young children, she would be delighted to make their acquaintance. She also likes cats and doesn’t mind sharing her home with a feline friend.

She can live in any kind of home, even an apartment.

Doesn't she sound great? Visit her today at the Newington shelter and make her a part of your family!

Visit Monaco Ford at the Hebron Harvest Fair

As a business that has been around for as long as we have, we at Monaco Ford know that being part of the community is very important – and we love it!

This weekend, you can find us at the Hebron Harvest Fair where we have a display set up. Make sure you come over and say hello!

The fair opened on Thursday and runs through Sunday.

Never been to the fair before? You’re missing out!

There are rides, animals, live music, arts and crafts, awesome fair food, and so much more!

From a small district fair that ran for three days in 1971 and drew a few thousand people on the donated grounds on Wall Street in Hebron, a giant has grown. The Hebron Harvest Fair originated as a small indoor fair at a local school and was run by the Recreation Council of Hebron.

The Council asked the newly formed Hebron Lions Club to assume sponsorship and operation of the fair in 1971. The fair was held on a lot on Wall Street across from RHAM High School. The first Hebron Harvest Fair was well attended and the fair was registered with the Association of Connecticut Fairs, for the first two years as a district fair, then as a major fair in Connecticut.

In 1972, the Hebron Lions Club purchased 84 acres of land on Route 85 in Hebron, known presently as the Hebron Lions Fairgrounds. That year, enough land was cleared to put on the 1972 Hebron Harvest Fair. Since that day, most of the land at the Hebron Lions Fairgrounds has been cleared for the expansion of the fair.

Every year, the attendance grew and so did the fair. Additional 16 acres of land were purchased as the fair steadily grew. Various buildings were built to accommodate the growth of the fair such as the antiques building, arts and crafts building, better living building, and Department of Environmental Protection Building. Other buildings and animal barns were built as needed.

Hope to see you there!
